Keep 'em coming...

Written byFIWebteam

Ahoy Seahousers! As mentioned in the previous correspondence, Pazz's new album "When The Internet Breaks" is out today. 13 tracks of brilliant songs from the north west of England, a mix of electronics, beats, guitars and vocals that is the sound of PaZz.

Listen to it on all platforms, Spotify link here.

Mark Docherty is a busy bee. Not content with lolling around in Liverpool, he's been up to Cumbria once already this week to appear on Cando FM - listen to the interview on Deb Henry's show here. He's also in Kendal this weekend playing with his band Dad Sabbath.

Mark's first Seahouse release is the 5-4 stomper "Pay My Debt", and it's out on Monday 20th March. Pre-save on Spotify, and watch out for a video soon too.

Welcome welcome welcome to Grant Curnow, our latest signing. Grant is an alternative comedian/ tragic novelty folk singer – amateur time lord based in Manchester, and his first EP "Salvador Dalek" is out at the end of March. We look forward to that and catching one of his many live appearances around the country.

Seahouse artists continue to impress both sides of the Atlantic with airplay for Emker Cel, Jonny Swift, Jamie Bosanko, Barry Postlethwaite, Olivia Dacre, Sugarfoot, and Prater Monks all over the Amazing Radio airwaves.

Come and see the Seahouse Records label profile on Amazing Radio.

Our artists feature regularly on BBC Introducing in Cumbria, and it was nice to have the label featured as an extended interview this week when our very own Jamie Bosanko spoke to Emma Linton on the show. There was also a sneak peak of Jamie's upcoming single "Life Will Do" as well as spins for Olivia Dacre's "Stomach Knots" and the very excellent "Hollywood" by Jonny Swift.

You can listen to the full show right here on BBC Sounds.

Finally, our March isn't over: we've got the brand new single from Olivia Dacre due out on 25th March, plus singles from Emker Cel and Jamie Bosanko and the Grant Curnow EP due out on 31st March, plus the live Seahouse Showcase in Barrow on Saturday 25th at BUMS! More details to follow next time on all of that, presave links on all artist pages at https://www.seahouserecords.com/artists

Thank you for reading this bumper edition of Seahouse News, and please sign up to our mailing list if you haven't already done so. We all appreciate your support so much.

Until next time, keep on listening.

All at Seahouse Records.

Jonny Swift: "The End is Now" - A dark departure

The fifth album by Jonny Swift sees the Cumbrian-based musician take a radical move away from upbeat jangly indie pop, and sees him delve in to his darker side – which is the theme running all of the way through this album, from the artwork to the song titles themselves. Opening up with a huge […]
