Insula have released their new self-titled EP. Three rocking tracks, The Prize, Crushed, and B.S.R. show the band's knack for catchy choruses coupled with great, energetic musicianship. Listen to it here .
You can catch Insula live, along with Prater Monks and Chris Butler, at our November Seahouse Showcase (18th, Basement Bar, Ulverston), more details on that to come. But for now, please be aware of a couple of Seahouse-related events happening this month.
Tomorrow (Saturday 8th October) sees Emker Cel, Jonny Swift and Olivia Dacre appearing at this Every Life Matters event at Women's Community Matters, Nan Tait Centre, Barrow. This is a daytime event to promote wellbeing and mental health, it's free entry, and starts at 2pm.
