Pete recorded the Both Kinds Of Music album in 1998 on 16 track analogue, as a follow up to winning the Guitarist Magazine “Guitarist of the Year” competition. The first track on the album, “Latin Doll” was written especially for that competition. The other tracks on the album had been written previously to reflect various musical styles, eg blues, rock, fusion and jazz. The album is all instrumental, apart from one track, Peter writing all tracks apart from Soliloquy, which was written by drummer Grant Aspinall. Peter played all the guitars on the album plus bass and keys on most of the tracks, all other parts played by local musicians. Seahouse is very pleased to release this album online for the first time.
