The track, which comes in under the 3-minute mark, is a song about growing up with somebody and then eventually, through the passage of adulthood – losing contact with them, something that we can all sadly relate to.

Despite the nostalgic melancholy, the song is uplifting indie-pop, with jangly guitars and tambourines that indicate musical influences such as R.E.M., The Smiths and The Byrds.
