Insula make music with punk and classic rock influences. Summer 2022 saw them in the studio working on a new 3-track EP which was released in October 2022, as well as making festival appearances. A hard working, great sounding live band with an ear for catchy tunes. Five new singles were recorded in the summer of 202Insula: Punk-Infused Rock Redefining the Contemporary Sound
